How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

- Europe & Australia: 14–21 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
