At ArtisanYun, every piece is handcrafted by Yunnan's heritage artisans. We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our heritage crafts, slight variations in color, texture, and size are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged, with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
